Bespik:Berlin

Hi, I don't know anything about Volapük, but I know that the City of Berlin and the State of Berlin are officially the same entity (there aren't separate governments for the city and the state or anything like that), so it seems very silly to have separate articles here, one on the city Berlin and one on the state Bärlinän. en:User:Angr 14:22, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
