Au second, Coupé ondé

au 1 : d’azur à la vierge à l’enfant d’or, à l’oculus d’argent, mouvant sur la partition.
au 2 : de gueules au porc-épic d’argent, à la divise ondée du même brochant sur la partition.

Au troisième d’azur à l’ancre de marine posée en bande, chargée d’un fût de canon posé en barre, croisés en sautoir et surmontés d’une étoile, le tout d’or ; accostés de deux mouchetures de contre hermine d’argent ; aux deux fois parées et câblées d’or posées en bande et en barre, brochant sur la partition. (Rappel du blason originel de Pornic). L’ajout des fois à symbolique d’unité entre les trois communes.

Au demi-pal d’argent terminé en pointe d’écusson, mouvant du chef, chargé en pointe d’un écusson d’or à croix de sable à la filière de gueules et surmonté de deux mouchetures d’hermine de sable l’une sur l’autre, brochant sur le tout. (Rappel des mouchetures d’hermine des blasons du Clion et de Sainte Marie, ainsi que les armes de Retz présentes sur le blason de cette dernière)
