Betreff: Verwendung des Stadtwappens in der Wikipedia
Sehr geehrter Herr Dobler, 
es hat ein bißchen länger gedauert - jetzt ist es aber soweit: 
Im Anhang sende ich Ihnen das Wappen der Stadt Feldkirch in der gewünschten Größe und im 
PNG-Format. 
Die Führung oder Verwendung eines Gemeindewappens ist in Vorarlberg im Gemeindegesetz 
geregelt. 
Dort (§ 10 GG) heißt es: 
"Die Führung des Gemeindewappens oder seine Verwendung zu gewerblichen Zwecken ist nur mit
Bewilligung der Gemeinde gestattet."
Vielleicht können Sie diesen Text an das Bild anhängen.

Bezüglich Urheberrecht
Sehr geehrter Herr Dobler,
es ist für mich (für die Stadt Feldkirch) nicht feststellbar, von wem das Wappen der  
Stadt Feldkirch ursprünglich erstellt worden ist. Da es aber bei den bisherigen 
Genehmigungen zur Führung oder
Verwendung dieses Wappens (jedenfalls bei jenen in den letzten 20 Jahren) keine
urheberrechtlichen
Probleme gab, können wir davon ausgehen, dass es nicht urheberrechtlich geschützt ist.
