Object history
Deutsch: Die heraldisch stilisierte Kirche verweist auf die barocke Pfarrkirche St. Markus, die das kunsthistorisch bedeutendste Bauwerk im südlichen Bayerischen Wald und Mittelpunkt der schon 1476 nachweisbaren ausgedehnten Pfarrei Thurmansbang ist. Die hinter der Kirche aufragende Tanne erinnert an den Waldreichtum des Gemeindegebiets.
