English: The Sun City DEVCO Model #1 a.k.a. “Del Webb Sun Cities Museum” is a white brick Bungalow built in 1959 and located at 10801 W. Oakmont Drive in Sun City, Arizona. It known as “The World’s First Retirement Community Museum”[1] . The building was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in February 20, 2015, reference #15000022.
